Kristina Stocks-Heath is a Canadian writer of essays, poems, nature writing, and literary fiction. Her work has appeared in Chatelaine, Roxane Gay’s The Audacity: Emerging Writers’ Series, Riddle Fence, Untethered, Paragon, Miracle Monocle, Roanoke Review, Humana Obscura, and Apricity. She has been nominated for awards with CutBank, the New Quarterly, the Geoffrey Power Poetry Prize, and Best of the Net, and is the recipient of both WANL and SNAP Gallery Flash Contest awards. Kristina was an inaugural member of the competitive-entry memoir workshop with Granta magazine and a proud attendee of the Sage Hill workshops.She holds an MA in English and Creative Writing from Memorial University of Newfoundland. She works in communications and lives in Edmonton, Alberta.
